At Malik Attire, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange in accordance with the policy below.

2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Must be returned within 7 days of delivery

  • Must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • Must have all original tags, labels, and accessories intact

  • Must include proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice)

3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products marked as final sale or non-returnable

  • Damaged or worn products caused by misuse

  • Accessories such as earrings or undergarments (due to hygiene reasons)

4. Return Process

  • Your full name and order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the product (if damaged or defective)

Our team will respond within 2 business days with instructions for return pickup or shipment.

5. Return Shipping
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was incorrect, defective, or damaged upon arrival. In such cases, Malik Attire will cover the return shipping cost.

6. Inspection and Approval
All returned products are subject to inspection. If the return is approved, you will be notified via email. If the item does not meet the conditions outlined above, the return may be rejected and sent back to you.

7. Refund Policy
 we operate using Cash on Delivery (COD) only

 

  • No cash refunds will be provided under any circumstances

8. Exchanges
You may request an exchange for a different size, color, or item of equal or lesser value. Exchanges are processed after the returned item has been received and approved.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
